…but Mr. Burke, our site manager doesn’t need to worry – it was just the Year 2 children preparing work for their topic display. This term, Tigers and Giraffes are studying “The Great Fire of London” . We can’t wait to see the finished work!
Investigate and and work systematically – that’s what some of the year six pupils from Parrots and Hedgehogs were told, when they were asked to solve this ELEVEN number problem… and that’s exactly what they did! They managed to find two different solutions to the puzzling challenge – but there could be more!
Parrots class will have a non-uniform day on Friday 25th September for having the best attendance last week.
Congratulations to last weeks attendance winners. In first place was Parrots with 100%, in second place was Robins with 99.31% and in third place was Bears with 98.57%.
As part of their new science topic, all about ‘Living Things’, pupils in Year 2 classes planted some seeds. Children in Giraffes class chose to plant Pansies … we look forward to seeing your flowers soon!
