Yesterday, Year 5 & 6 had some visitors to school for their ‘Safeguarding Day’.
West Midlands Police – PC Treasure talked to them about staying safe, keeping their property safe and keeping safe online.
DECCA – this session was all about the harmful effects of drugs, alcohol and smoking.
Rewind – the representative spoke to them about their British Identity, Terrorism, and being comfortable with you are.
ASB – this part was all about Anti-Social Behaviour, and what it means both inside and outside of school.
All the children really enjoyed the sessions and we hope they will use what they learnt to remain safe!
